Dark Cupid // Valentine’s Day Boudoir Photoshoot
I used to be apprehensive to share every single boudoir photoshoot onto this blog. Someone’s mom is gonna see, someone’s gonna think it’s pornographic, just oh no. It took me a long time to really label it as what is is… Art. I used to think a boudoir photoshoot was meant to be extremely private. That is until I became so in love with the art of what I was seeing in front of me that I felt the need to share it.
The way women stare into the camera, with that enticing sultry look in their eyes is art. Women have mastered the art of expressionism for years and years to come.
I think that’s the fear with the big B word, is who will see. Who’s going to take a glance over your shoulder when you’re getting your sneak peeks back. What will your kids think in twenty years? Can I let you in on a little secret..
Every Woman has a secret sexy dance.
It’s that high five you give yourself when you finish a project. It’s that little swing of your hips when you hear that Ariana Grande track. It’s that dance at your wedding you knew that you shouldn’t have played in front of your parents but you told yourself for once, you should be allowed to dance to what you want. That’s the beauty of a boudoir is that there is finally a photographer there that you trust to capture the moment that your secret sexy dance takes over your mind body and soul.
So whether it’s celebrating your beauty, your promotion or the fact that you still bought that swimsuit even though you were self conscious about the way your body looks… You deserve to celebrate babe.
So, what do you say? Ready to try a boudoir photoshoot of your own?
